RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All products sold by The Marketgrace are handmade, and therefore can show slight imperfections or variations from the photos online. We value these characteristics as making each product unique. Due to the handmade nature of each product, colors can fade and bleed, and threads can unravel. The Marketgrace is not responsible for replacement of items due to these occurrences. We highly recommend you treat all purchased items in a delicate manner.

Returns and Online Order Cancellations
The Marketgrace wants Customers to enjoy every item purchased from our store. However in the event a Customer is not 100% satisfied with a purchase, items can be returned within 15 days from the purchase date. For online orders that need to be cancelled, we can only provide cancellation prior to product shipment. In the case of a return or cancellation, the order cost will be refunded less associated shipping and a 5% processing fee of the total order cost. Please contact themarketgrace@gmail.com for all correspondence regarding returned or cancelled purchases.
All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If the returned product meets all requirements, a refund for the product will be issued to the Customer's credit card when the return has been approved and processed by The Marketgrace, generally within 5-10 business days.
If returned product does not meet The Marketgrace's return criteria (product is used, not returned in original packaging) The Marketgrace reserves the right to reject the return and send products back to the Customer at the Customer's expense for shipping fees.
*Sale items are non-refundable and not returnable.
Exchanges
The Marketgrace does not issue exchanges for products sold unless the product is damaged upon Customer receipt. If a product is damaged, communication and pictures of the damage must be emailed to The Marketgrace within 5 days of product receipt. An exchange can be made within 15 days for the same product (or similar product if the damaged item is one-of-a-kind) initially purchased. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including return and re-shipment of the exchanged product. Any non-damaged products are not eligible for exchanges and instead will have to be returned if the Customer is not 100% satisfied.

All new order, cancelled order, return order or exchange order shipping and postage costs are nonrefundable and are the full responsibility of the Customer. In the event of a return, The Marketgrace suggests the Customer consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive a returned product, and any products not received will not be refunded.
